Terms of Service

General

⛧ I only work with 18+ individuals, I do not work with minors for any reason. By commissioning me, you are agreeing that you are at least 18 years of age. You may be asked to provide proof of age.🜏 I reserve the right to decline any commission inquiry for any reason, without having to provide the reason to the inquirer.⛧ Do not alter my artwork without my consent or approval. Do not trace my artwork and claim it as your own.🜏 You may ask for WIPs at any time. I do not send WIPs regularly after a sketch is accepted—you must ask. However, I do provide stage WIPs (sketch, lineart) on my public Trello (this queue also tells you which stage of the process I am in at any given moment).⛧ Short, concise descriptions are best. Some artistic freedom is a must. Please refrain from add-ons post payment. Remember that, essentially, you are commissioning a rendition of your character; Markings may not be 100% exact but I always strive for complete accuracy.🜏 Every sketch has two free alteration periods. Afterwards, I retain the right to charge a fee for any additional changes and/or redoing a pose or sketch.⛧ Commission completion times may vary (please see “ETA”). The minimum wait period is 4 to 8 weeks, although commissions are typically finished before that.🜏 You are paying me for my time and service. I retain all rights to all artwork I create. Characters in my artwork belong to their respective owners.⛧ You do not have any commercial rights to your commission whatsoever. You may not replicate the art you receive from me for monetary gain. This includes NFTs- my stance is hard and fast. I will not tolerate my artwork being used for crypto/blockchain bullshit of any sort. Legal action will be taken if this term is disrespected.🜏 I will use your commission to promote myself on social media and use it as examples of my work. If you wish to be anonymous when I post your commission, please inform me.⛧ I will not guarantee a certain style or aesthetic as it is constantly updating and evolving

Payment

⛧ Payment is in USD via PayPal invoice only (as of now) other payments may be discussed but can be declined🜏 100% of the payment is due upfront before beginning your commission.⛧ Payment plans will be discussed on a case by case basis🜏 Payment is required within 48 hours after the invoice has been sent. If not paid, you will either be removed from the queue and/or forfeit a commission slot, an auction win, etc., and could be blacklisted.⛧ I reserve the right to charge additional fees for excessive add-ons, asks, or character complexity.🜏 Additional characters will be discussed and charged individually based on complexity, but not to exceed 100% of the original price per add-on.⛧ I will start to work on your commission after the complete payment has been sent.🜏 I will only take payments in USD.

Refunds

⛧ Full refunds are available if I have not reached you in my queue and have not begun your artwork.🜏 Refunds work as follows if you, the client, choose to cancel your commission: I will refund you 10% of the total price if I have not gotten past the sketch. I will refund you 50% of the total price if I have not gotten past the linework. I will refund you 25% of the total price if I have not gotten past the colors. I will NOT issue a refund after shading has begun.⛧ Completed pieces will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Rights

⛧ I have the right to refuse service to a commissioner for any reason and/or discuss a refund if I no longer feel comfortable working with an individual.🜏 Copyright of all artwork belongs to me. I can repost any commissioned artwork to my social media platforms.⛧ You may repost commissioned artwork but you must credit me, preferably by a link to one of my pages.🜏 I reserve the right to quit a commission at any point during the process for any reason whatsoever. Refunds will be discussed on an individual basis if I choose to cancel a commission.⛧ You may not profit from my work or make commercial merchandise (t-shirts, prints, etc.) unless we have discussed it and you have purchased commercial rights. You may use commissioned artwork for personal use only.🜏 I have the right to reject a refund if work on a commission has already begun.⛧I reserve the right to charge any small fees for any reason I see fit, i.e complicated design, complicated background, several changes being requested after the sketch stage, etc.🜏 I reserve the right to change my terms of service at any point, and without notice.

ETA

⛧ Please allow for a minimum of 1-2 (4-8 weeks) months for completion of your commission. It will likely be done before that, but the minimum is important as I am disabled and work full-time.🜏 If something comes up that hinders my work on your commission, I will let you know.⛧ If you would like a commission by a certain date, let me know when ordering however it will always be an ask. I can't guarantee I can follow through with it and will likely decline your commission if you are requesting an unreasonable turnaround time.🜏 Some rush fees are occasionally accepted but are 50% of the total price of the commission upfront.

I Will Not Draw

⛧ Racist, abilist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic or otherwise hateful, insensitive or discriminatory rhetoric, symbols, actions, etc.^{Any commissions from people with a history of these actions will always be rejected if I am aware of them.}🜏 Zoophilia (or anything involving a minor), Pedophilia, Bestiality^{Any commissions from people with a history of these actions will always be rejected if I am aware of them.}⛧ Some more extreme kinks (please ask me about it)🜏 If you are questioning if I will take it, please ALWAYS ask!
